Celebrate those people who unwittingly piqued our interest in food - handed us an apron and said “Let’s Cook”.

The school welcomes a new range of chefs including;

Janelle Bloom - Ready Steady Cook, Justin Wise - The Point, Orlando Artavilla - *Pastry Chef *and Dan Fletcher - *Mr Hive Kitchen & Bar *just to name a few.

With new gluten free classes, a Quiz the Chef and Dine & Learn series there is plenty to fill the foodies plate.

EVERYDAY FOOD IN WINTER

Friday 8th June, 6.30pm

The winter chill is here, so stay indoors and cook up some sensational food that will have the house smelling great and everyone sitting around the table waiting to enjoy your new creations. Join author and celebrity chef Janelle Bloom as she inspires you in the kitchen with all the tips and tricks for golden sesame prawn toast, baked ricotta pasta shells with basil pesto, and a fennel and pear salad. A scrumptious white chocolate, raspberry ‘croissant’ cake and her ‘best ever’ Peanut butter biscuits.

Janelle shows us five refreshing new dishes that make your menus more appealing, your presentation attractive and the winter meal with friends as easy as pie. Janelle is a favourite regular on Ready Steady Cook- but these dishes are just for Market followers – Silverbeet, ricotta & parmesan roll, roasted beetroot salad, spiced lamb with yoghurt and paprika sauce, decadent chocolate roulade and finally a quirky recipe for lemonade scones with lemon curd and cream.
